HolismThe theory that parts of a whole are in intimate interconnection, such that they cannot exist independently of the whole, or cannot be understood without reference to the whole, which is thus regarded as greater than the sum of its parts.”

Amidst my own health battles, the Holism Lifestyle was created after I recognized that by beginning to heal my mind through natural methods, my body, spiritual practice, and environment directly followed suit.

I feel I have now been called to share my experience with others and I am slowly working towards becoming a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, getting certified in Yoga instruction, as well as Reiki and other energetic healing arts. My mission is to deliver in-depth, fact-based information on healing the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Environment, which are all intrinsically intertwined subjects.

The Mind governs your moods, Inner Voice, relationships with self and others, beliefs and worldview.

The Body is fueled by quality foods, thrives on exercise, and is your physical conduit for Joy!

The Spirit houses your intuition and your connection to Divine Source, seeking  truth and peace for all.

The Environment encompasses your home, job, the products you use, your community, your nation, and the planet.

I feel that a holistic, natural approach to wellness is the greatest way to prevent or treat dis-ease, and to evolve. Only when we begin to heal from within can we make a positive contribution to others and the world at large.

As a student of life, I’m not just a breadth-learner, I’m a depth-learner. I crave to understand the why and how of things in detail. As I researched over this last decade, the more that I learned, the more I felt that my education had done me a disservice; it had not prepared me to truly understand how deeply proper nutrition, exercise, healthy relationships, and self-care are the keys to a vibrant life.

I am a passionate, curious, magical, and imperfect being. I promise to put forth my best on this road to discovery and I hope you will join me on this healing journey so that together we might all uncover our own innate wisdom and joy.

I wish you well in all that you are, and all that you do,
